Sandy McKnight is known locally as the tattooed poet. This is because he has loads of awesome tattoos and because he is an excellent poet. Originally hailing from Girvan in Ayrshire he now lives in the Rhins of Galloway where he makes wands and staffs and, when his neighbours are out, practises African Drumming.
